A field operations role within WOW teams at our clients' sites in Amman — hotels, offices, healthcare facilities and mixed-use complexes. You are prepared and trained before your first shift, and you work under direct on-site supervision.
Working at WOW

Responsibilities
- Execute the site's daily cleaning plan according to the approved task schedule
- Follow the cleaning sequence and use materials and equipment safely
- Clean and maintain common areas and restrooms at the defined frequency
- Look after equipment and supplies and report any shortages
- Note observations and faults and report them to the site supervisor
Requirements
- Reliable attendance — this matters more than experience
- Appearance and conduct appropriate to the client's site
- Compliance with site instructions and willingness to work under supervision
- Respect for client privacy and facility confidentiality
