Operating Model
Manpower alone does not run a service
Placing people on site is the easy part. What determines whether the service holds is the structure around them — preparation before deployment, supervision during the shift, and a defined process for the day someone does not arrive. This page sets out that structure.
The eight-step model
Every deployment follows this sequence, in every sector, regardless of contract size.
Recruit
Targeted recruitment for the specific role and working environment, not general labour sourcing.
Screen & Select
Suitability and operational readiness assessed before anyone is put forward for a site.
Train
Preparation completed before deployment — your site is not the training ground.
Assess
Readiness confirmed against the role before deployment is authorised.
Deploy
Structured deployment against the agreed scope, zoning and shift plan.
Supervise
Field follow-up and daily operational coordination by a WOW team leader.
Measure
Attendance, inspection results and schedule compliance monitored and recorded.
Improve
Continuous review, corrective action and adjustment of the operating plan.
The WOW team leader
Where the scope justifies it, we deploy our own supervisory layer. The team leader is on site — not on a phone line — and is accountable for output, conduct and coordination with your department head.
- Attendance monitoring. Daily attendance tracked with accurate documentation and immediate follow-up.
- Daily coordination. One person is your point of contact — not a call centre.
- Quality follow-up. Issues identified and corrected on the ground, in real time.
- Daily reporting. Structured operational feedback delivered to your management.
The replacement process
The single most common failure in outsourced support services is an absence with no plan behind it. Ours is a defined five-step process owned by us.
Absence identified
The team leader records and escalates it immediately.
Replacement activated
Operations draws from the prepared workforce pool.
Client coordinated
You are updated on the plan and the timeline.
Replacement deployed
A prepared replacement arrives ready to work.
Documented & reviewed
The incident is documented and included in management review.
Standardise → execute → inspect → improve
Quality is not an inspection at the end of the month. It is a loop that runs continuously against a written standard.
Standard operating procedures
Defined procedures for every task and position, taken from your standards where you have them.
Daily checklists
Area-specific checklists for each staff member and supervisor, completed during the shift.
Field inspections
Structured inspections by the team leader against the agreed standard.
Corrective actions
Deviations addressed immediately, recorded and followed to closure.
Performance review
A review cycle agreed with your team, at the frequency and format you need.
Client communication
A designated contact, clear feedback channels, issue logging and an escalation route.
Four ways to contract the service
Daily manpower
Short-term and peak coverage. Full operational flexibility with no long-term commitment.
Fixed manpower
A stable, trained team dedicated to your site and aligned to your standards.
Annual programme
Long-term workforce support built for a sustained operating relationship.
On-demand support
Events, openings, maintenance support and specialised requirements — activated when needed.
A pilot programme may be proposed depending on the scope and the nature of the requirement.
How our staff behave on your premises
In institutional environments — embassies, healthcare, government and corporate headquarters — conduct is part of the service, not an assumption.
Professional appearance
Uniformed, presentable and properly equipped for the environment.
Site instruction compliance
Full adherence to your internal policies, access protocols and operating requirements.
Authorised areas only
Access limited to permitted areas, with entry procedures followed exactly.
Privacy and discretion
Respect for site privacy and confidentiality at all times, with no interference with client property.

A written scope with defined responsibilities and task schedules.
