Hotel Operations & Hospitality Support Programme
We don't just supply manpower. We support hotel operations.
Three departments, one operations partner. Housekeeping, stewarding and F&B service teams that arrive trained, work under a WOW field team leader, and are replaced through a defined process when someone is absent.

Specialised cleaning and operational support
Seasonal deep cleaning
Periodic deep cleaning of guest rooms and public areas, planned to minimise operational disruption.
Carpet & upholstery
Professional cleaning of carpets and upholstered surfaces with specialised equipment.
Hard surface treatment
Marble, tile and hard surface treatment — protecting the hotel's asset value.
Painting support
Support for painting, refurbishment and periodic maintenance, coordinated around operations.
Event ushers
Trained, presented and briefed support teams for events, conferences and special functions.
Technicians on demand
Technical manpower for selected requirements — without the overhead of permanent headcount.
Staff arrive prepared. Your floor is not the classroom.
Five modules completed before the first shift, so day one is productive rather than instructional.
Room preparation standards
International benchmarks for what “ready” looks like before arrival.
Cleaning sequence & chemicals
Correct cleaning order and safe chemical handling from day one.
Guest privacy & conduct
Professional behaviour and guest privacy at every touchpoint.
SOP understanding
Following standard operating procedures for each role and task.
Service etiquette
Professional guest interaction across all service moments.
Then assessed
Readiness is confirmed before deployment is authorised — training alone is not the checkpoint.
Traditional manpower model vs the WOW operating model
What the hotel absorbs
- Recruitment burden carried by the hotel
- Training starts from zero on day one
- Your supervisors carry the full supervisory load
- When someone is absent, the hotel searches alone
- Accountability for service delivery is unclear
What we take on
- WOW screens and selects for hospitality readiness
- Preparation and training completed before deployment
- A WOW field team leader provides daily support
- A structured replacement process activates immediately
- WOW takes responsibility for service delivery and follow-up
Your single point of contact
The WOW team leader is a dedicated on-site presence — one person, one number, one system.
- Attendance monitoring. Daily tracking with accurate documentation and immediate follow-up.
- Daily coordination. A single point of contact, not a call centre.
- Quality follow-up. Issues identified and corrected on the ground, in real time.
- Daily reporting. Structured operational feedback to hotel management every day.
The KPIs we report against
Attendance %
Tracked daily per deployed position.
Absence & replacement
Every absence logged with the action taken.
Inspection results
Field inspections against the agreed standard.
Schedule compliance
Tasks completed against the agreed plan.
Final KPIs and SLAs are agreed per hotel contract. Reporting frequency and format are set to your management's requirements. Response times are defined in the SLA agreed with each hotel.
Four ways to work with us
Daily manpower
Short-term and peak occupancy support, with no long-term commitment required.
Fixed manpower
Stable staffing aligned to your property's rhythm and standards.
Annual programme
Long-term workforce support and a sustained operating relationship.
On-demand support
Events, maintenance support and specialised requirements — without the overhead when you don't need it.
A pilot programme may be proposed depending on the hotel's requirements.
Questions hotel management ask us
Can headcount scale with occupancy?
Yes. Daily manpower and peak occupancy support exist specifically for this. The staffing plan sets the baseline and the mechanism for increasing or reducing cover.
Who supervises your staff on site?
A WOW field team leader. They handle attendance, daily coordination, quality follow-up and daily reporting to your management, and act as your single point of contact.
What happens when someone does not arrive?
A five-step process: the absence is identified and escalated immediately, a replacement is activated from the prepared pool, the hotel is coordinated on plan and timeline, the replacement is deployed, and the incident is documented for management review.
Do you work to our standards or yours?
Yours. SOPs, room standards and grooming requirements are taken from your operation and built into the pre-deployment training and the daily checklists.
How is pricing determined?
Commercial terms are customised according to scope and hotel requirements. We start from your operational requirement, not from a standard price list.
Can we start with a trial?
A pilot programme may be proposed depending on the hotel's requirements and the nature of the cooperation.
