A Jordanian support services company built around operations
WOW Support Services LLC provides cleaning, manpower, facility support and operational services to businesses and institutions across Amman and Jordan. Founded in 2023, we design the service model around each facility rather than offering one model to every client.
The problem we exist to solve
Support services rarely fail on price. They fail on execution — staff who arrive untrained, absence with no cover, supervision that exists on paper, and a client team that ends up managing the vendor instead of their own operation.
We are structured the other way round. We take responsibility for recruitment, screening, preparation, deployment, supervision, measurement and replacement, so what you contract is a service outcome rather than a headcount.
How we work
Every engagement starts with a free site assessment, not a price list. We study the area, zones, usage, operating hours, access requirements and the standards you hold, then design the manpower, shifts, zoning, task schedule, equipment, supervision and quality plan against them.
Once mobilised, the operation is supervised on site by a WOW team leader and reviewed on an agreed cycle. Observations are recorded, corrected and closed internally before they reach your management.
Long-term partnerships
We are built for sustained operating relationships, not short-term placements. Most of our growth comes from widening scope with existing clients — adding services, adding sites, or consolidating vendors under one accountable partner.

What we do not do
We do not publish claims we cannot support, quote before seeing a site, or price from a standard list. The right proposal starts with understanding your facility.
