WOW Support Services LLC is a facility services company registered in Jordan, with its head office in Amman. This notice explains what personal data we collect through wowservice.net, why we collect it and how it is handled.
What we collect
Through the forms on this website we collect only what you send us: your name, job title, company or organisation, email address, phone number, the details of the site or service you are asking about, and any file you choose to attach — including a CV or certificates when you apply for a job. Our website also records standard technical information such as pages visited, which is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.
Why we use it
Enquiry and proposal data is used to prepare a scope of work and a price, and to contact you about your request. Service requests are used to schedule and deliver the work. Job applications are used to assess candidates for the position applied for and for future vacancies of the same type. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who can see it
Data submitted through this website is stored in our business systems and is accessible only to WOW staff who need it for the purpose above. Job applications are visible only to those handling recruitment. Applicant documents are never published on this website. Our systems are hosted by Odoo S.A., which processes the data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and service requests are kept for as long as the commercial relationship and our record-keeping obligations require. Job applications are kept so that we can consider you for similar roles; you can ask us to remove them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@wowservice.net and we will respond. If you applied for a job and want your application and CV removed, tell us and we will remove them.
